The MPISD Marching Band and Color Guard earned a 1st Division rating

for their performance of  EXODUS throughout the competition season


The band, under the direction of Dr. Theodus Luckett, continued working on their

marching show for their final competition at the USBands National Championships held at the "Cowboys" AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas where they advanced to the finals and placed 9thnout of 26 bands from all around Texas and Lousiana


USBands is the largest sanctioning body for scholastic

music competition in the United States
